And then there are people saying "use reactivated accounts, they are stronger", just to perhaps sell their accounts !!! A reactivated Google Ads account is equally prone to (re)suspension.

If I am to make an assessment why this happened to you I'd say after the first suspension you kept creating accounts the same way as with the suspended ones.
Let's just say that even creating a new one on a new fingerprint + proxy + cc etc. may not be enough if the method of creation is exactly the same.
There is strong indication that the Google algorithm detects that pattern.

you are not doing things rigt, mate.
if you create google ads account the correct way, your accounts won't get banned that easily
though, it also depends in your niche, keywords, ad copy and other data like payment info to not get banned that easily
