Google ads | How to advertising something which youtube will probably not allow?

I'm thinking of using youtube ads to promote my youtube video, but i'm 99.9% certain what i want to promote isn't allowed on youtube (spotify lifetime)
what would be the best way to advertise this and is there any black hat things i can do to promote my stuff without it getting banned? i'm new to google ads so any help or advice will be taken on board

Try to run ads from warmed-up accounts.

Do you use VPN/Proxies, anti-detect browsers, etc. Could be something on those causing it. From what I know Spotify ads should be fine enough. Also, are you using a fairly new account?
