Google ads get spam botted

Hello, once I run my google ad site, I get spam botted, I think bot is called trafficbotpro, is there anyway to protect against it? He spams live chat and visits from different proxies, I've tried cloudflare firewall rules but Its to difficult for me setup everything, I checked block known bots but seems trafficbotpro bypasses it, also added captcha does not help because script bypasses it, any solutions, I can pay for the help.

You probably need a lot more than just checking IPs. Maybe even something like fingerprinting your visitors to see if they return and if they do, check if they are bots
