Hello bhw!

I have sa small web design agency in Romania, we build business websites and online stores. he agency is around 7 years old but until recently i also had a job or other project. now i don`t havea a job and new project have stopped, so i`m thinking about trying google ads.

Keyword planner show arround 1.62 - 4.52 euros per click for "creare site web" which means web design in romanian (and it`s the most keyword used for these services). i normally charge arround 400-500 euros for an website. online stores costs more.

My landing page have real google reviews, a portofolio with some know romanian brand and a professional presentation video with a real person, i can also set up conversion tracking and do a/b testing for lp`s.

I hjave about 1000 euro avaible. wold you spend it all in one month or divide it over 2-3 months? do you think google ads can work with my prices an these click costs?

Has anyone here advertised web design services before? i wold appreciate any advice or real numbers from your campaigns.

Sorry for my english and thank you very much!

I would divide it in 2-3 months because spending everything in one go may be risky. Web designs services are very compeititive but you can do it with proper keywords

Yeah i would suggest you to start with a little budget and also test for a few weeks because the google ads can work with your prices but if you get good leads.

Given your landing page already has social proof, reviews, and video content, your conversion rate should be solid. However, I highly recommend spreading that €1,000 budget over 2 to 3 months rather than blowing it all in one month. Spreading it out gives you enough data to negative-keyword bad traffic, test landing page variations, and optimize campaign targeting. With a CPC of around €2–4 and a €500 service price, you only need 1 or 2 conversions a month to break even while refining your funnel.

Normally id say, yes - pump out ads and you’ll definitely generate decent leads. But front-end design these days is such a pain to run because there’s already so many AI based solutions that pretty much generate a complete front end framework within minutes, hard niche to be in.

I don't only design, I also do CRO, on-page SEO, implementations custom functions, etc
