Google Ads for SMM niche

Man my ads keep getting the message "dishonest behavior". They told me to change the phrase "instant delivery" and even after that it doesn't work. I dont understand what these indian fuckers want from us social media sellers (instagram followers, etc) my ads were working well for like 1 year and then this shit happened yesterday. When I search "Instagram followers" I'm seeing other websites selling. What I dont understand is why Google allows them to sell?
