For peptide campaigns its not about just having a good cloaker or a clean landing page.
You need to separate your technical problems with the policy problems in this niche because it may confuse u very easily.
You need to have a good cloaker, aged account with a proper white page and you need to make sure the redirects are working properly in these kind of niches.
First check the exact reason for rejection. Especially for UK peptides campaigns, you need to be very clear with your product eligibility, business verification and landing page consistency of your account because even 1% error can get ur account rejected.
