The method wont work. i am saying with my experince. For gambling, mainly you will get banned if you are using individual accounts. so it is same with threshold accounts.

We run gambling ads because it is not allowed only that is why it is blackhat, if gambling is not allowed in the country itself there will be no license

i tested it with indonesia for example.. with license survived 1-2 months without 1 day.. maybe it was luck idk
