For how long do you warm up accounts before changing white pages on grey pages?
we normally recommend to do it for 7 Days, but lately found many brands who run it for at least 2 weeks and their suspension rate is just great. What would you recommend?

If it's about Facebook then page warmup only affects CPM, the more you spend money with a particular FP, the lower the CPM will be.

As for the launch of gray offers, here you need knowledge of how to bypass Meta moderation bans, not page warmup

With GG you should warm up as long as possible, find accounts that have spent a lot to show that it is very healthy, for Facebook find reputable agents, their accounts can help you launch many campaigns and spend large budgets

I recommend you only do it for 2-3 days, that's more than enough.
 
It's not just about “how much to warm an ad account”, it's about how to set up the cloaca correctly. Because if there is a direct redirect, even if you warm the account for a month, and then on the second day of cloaking Google will notice it - all for naught.

14 Days Start Account + Page Before Cloaking
Action Days
1–3 Log in via → create clean page → publish 2–3 WH content posts
4–6 Run light engagement ads ($1–2/day), white-tag domain
7–9 Add pixel, check camp traffic, check distribution
10–12 Add some comments, fake inbox, real reactions
13 Test cloaking before lander (but not yet at scale)
14 Start redirecting to grey or black page
