How do I solve a Google Ads billing error? I keep getting an error after adding my billing information on Google Ads

Well, there could be many reasons for that billing error but nothing to worry about :)

I used a crystal ball to know which error EXACTLY you get after adding your billing, so that an effective solution may be attempted to be provided.
The crystal ball was unable to know which error EXACTLY you get after adding your billing.
Only if you provide EXACTLY which / what error it is, ONLY then any effective attempt may be made towards helping you, because upon adding billing, several errors (error messages are possible) and not all of them have the exact same meaning nor the exact same solution(s).
And by the way, the most critical aspect for success in internet marketing is to have an "eye for detail" : as an example : posting half baked questions and expecting effective relevant solutions, itself shows that a person is not geared up enough for succeeding nowadays in internet marketing. Things are dynamically changing nowadays, we are no longer in the 70's or 80's.

how to solve suspicious payment in google ads? before i used bank transfer but always get notification like that

Appeal each & every account that gets suspended. Reactivation depends on luck. Yes, luck. Myself and a few other members have sometimes had accounts with blackhat campaigns that got reactivated after suspension appeals. And remember, the appeal decisions (I am referring to when we fill & submit the appeal forms) are all algorithmic, no human interventions.

ohh, so all appeal is depend on luck, before i have appela 3 times but still got rejected. but okay, i will appeal all my account, lets see which one can run the ads

I will explain again : When a Google Ads account gets suspended, we fill out and submit a suspension appeal form.
Then a decision is taken by Google Ads as to whether the account gets reactivated or the account remains suspended.
That decision (when we fill & submit the appeal), is not taken by a human being. That decision is based on the algorithms of Google Ads.
And one more thing : Their algorithms are a big mess. Myself and some other members have sometimes had (after submitting appeal form) accounts having blackhat campaigns, reactivated !!! Seems strange, yes, but it sometimes happens. That is why for every suspended account, fill and submit the suspension appeal form.

Once an appeal reply comes saying that an account suspension is final "sorry we will not be reactivating this account", then AFTER that reappealing is of no use.
Another scenario : you appeal a suspension, account gets reactivated, after that or after a while it gets suspended again, then in this case, yes, fill & submit the appeal form.
Bottomline is whenever an appeal reply comes saying that an account suspension is final "sorry we will not be reactivating this account", then AFTER that reappealing is of no use.

i make a black campaign in g ads, target located in asia, but its so hard to success. Always got suspicious payment, i transfered form local bank, and from visa.
