Google Ads + Dynamic IP = Cash?

Hey, i'm wondering if it works / how effective it is to do something likes this

1. set up a site with google ads
2. Restart router + clean browser, cookies & pies
3. click the ads
4. repeat

Problems:
The site will have 100% users clicking the ads
Solution: AddMeFast "bot" traffic + my own clicks on the ads

Questions:
Restarting router is basically the same thing as a proxy?

I'm interesting in your thoughts and experiences. And also what other kind of money stuff you can take advantage of with a dymanic IP adress!

Why click your own ads? work hard and earn them clicks it will be better that way down the road.

No. Bad idea. Don't try it on adsense. G-GOD is much smarter than you think.

Totally agree. Not gonna work. But he also asked for another way to get advantage of changing ''identities''. Is there another?

I'm working my ass off, i have created 5 super neat websites. But the start-up-time is so long without any money to advertise my works.

Even if you are not banned this month, you will be banned next month.
Google has plenty of stats : if they detect you have 0% conversion rate on Ads, you will be under the radar...

If you drive tons of traffic and it doesnt convert at all you going to rise red flag on your account

Recently i spent a few months creating a site similar to 9gag, with fresh design and hashtags. So it would work like a combination of 9gag and reddit.
To "advertise" this project i created a facebook site, with the niche 'funny pictures'. I managed to get 4000 likes with the help of AddMeFast, but like what Veritasium said - this probably affects your reach negatively. When i post pictures i get an average of 0-3 likes, i don't think the reason is my bad humour, since i grab trending pictures of other sites like imgur.

The second, my most recent simple follow for follow network. It really relies on the amount of users, and since i have no advertisements for the site - it crashes.

Well, thats a little story of my 2 recent projects. I would love to try out some advertising with those 20$, but it feels.. Like im stealing them. I don't know.

EDIT: I don't really use those blackhat sneaky peaky methods, i love to code html, php, css, jquery - u know the real stuff. Creating a site from nothing. But when you have no recent luck, no money to invest, no advertising. It's hard to get noticed
