So a big issue for my BH ads is that many of the Keywords have low ad-rank.
Do anyone know if google in some way punish me for scraping another site in my niche, and use it on my lander.

I don't care about SEO effects, it's all about PPC and getting better QS.

Personal I don´t think that it matters at all, but please discuss and share your experiences.

It has nothing to do with low ad rank. Mostly its about cpc and adcopy. If possible do dynamic ads.

It is possible, but in a very rare situations. Keyword's quality score is the factor calculated from ad relevancy, quality of your landing page and expected CTR. If it's low, it most likely means that your Ads or landing page are rubbish, and you should focus on improving that. The higher QS, the better is your Ad rank (quality score x your bid) = more clicks = more leads/sales.

Ad relevancy is good. Ad-spend is good. Landing page is trash. QS is always low on most good KWs

So I think you should replace the landing page with a new one. We don't know exactly the wage of each of these three QS's "ingredients", maybe LP has like 50% wage in calculating the Quality Score. Anyway, it should bump your QS by few points. If this won't help, then you're unlucky and got punished for duplicating.

Domain authority is the most important. I use threshold account and tested one amazon page with very very little content and the other optimized LP full of unique contents yet the amazon page ranked with keywords 9/10 or even 10/10. Of coz both campaigns with same as setting and Cpc.

I have to disagree. It could be the factor, of course, but if you start with a fresh domain without any domain authority, you still can have 9/10 and 10/10 with good Ads and LPs. I am running a journal about my Google Ads campaign, I started with a new .com domain and I have only keywords with 8/10, 9/10, and 10/10 QS, because my ads relevancy, expected CTR, and landing page's quality are all above average. I have 8/10 only because I am doing black hat and I am misspelling the trademarked name of the game and the currency (using german ü, ö, ä instead of u, o, a) in the Ad texts, but my keywords are normal, so there is no perfect match. And I have almost no content on my site - maybe 100 words, the rest are images.

So in my opinion:
- quality of the niche/structure of the account and campaigns (most important)
- quality Ad texts and Langing Pages (very very very important)
- other things that could or couldn't be relevant.
