Google Ads does not want to save my Payment profile, without error

Im trying to add a CC in google ads. On some accounts the page just reloads, without saving my payment data, but also without an error message. Is there any particular reason for that?

Just change account

close browser profile, open it again, make new payment profile, try changing vcc to different one (same bin even), refresh IP, wait 15 minutes and try again - I have it too sometimes, it throws random errors, whole thing seems random (but it's not, i just didn't analyse), refreshing and opening again with new payment profile and different card usually does the trick for me

yah same thing happening with me too. I just try again after some time and it usually works.
