Hey guys,

I’m a Brazilian advertiser working in the black hat niche, and I’ve been facing serious delays and issues with Google Ads due to document verification.

Almost every time I create a new account and launch a campaign, after the campaign gets approved, Google asks for photos of my personal documents. I submit everything correctly, but the review process often takes a week or even longer to be approved.

Is anyone else dealing with this lately?
How did you solve it?

Do you think using agency accounts is a good option at this point?

This verification process is really slowing me down and impacting my operations.

Yes, I have to wait currently 5 days to be verified. Many of my accounts have the same waiting time.

Verification mostly takes about 7–10 days, so wait a bit. If it still doesn’t happen, then use agency accounts. They are pre-verified, have a high trust score, and campaigns go live immediately. Also, make sure to use AdsPower or Dolphin(anty) to prevent fingerprint blocks.

Hey. Lately (about 7-10 days), the verification process takes much longer, around 5 days. Previously, it was instant or within 24 hours. You just need to wait.

Yes, delays are common now, reviews can take a week or more, most just wait, agency accounts may help but no guarantee.

verification is a nightmare right now, better switch to agency accounts to skip the headache.

Google has tightened advertiser verification a lot over the past year, especially in higher-risk niches and certain geos. Once an account or profile gets flagged for identity checks, new accounts under similar patterns often get auto-routed into verification again.

If approvals are taking a week+, that usually means the account falls into a higher risk bucket. Scaling through constant new accounts can actually increase scrutiny instead of reducing it.

Some people move to agency setups for stability, but long-term consistency and clean billing history tend to matter more than just the account type. The more stable and predictable the account behavior, the fewer interruptions you’ll usually see.

Yes, Google has tightened advertiser verification, but in most cases the real blocker is the quality and consistency of the documents and business details submitted.

  1. If approval takes more than a week
This does not always mean “high risk.” Very often it is one of these reasons:

  • weak scans/photos (blur, glare, cropped edges, unreadable numbers)
  • mismatched data across the profile (business name, address, website, billing info not aligned)
  • manual review or queue delays, which also happens in white niches and certain regions

So “1+ week” is frequently a documentation and consistency issue, not a risk label.

  1. About “scaling by constantly creating new accounts increases control”
Google sees tens of thousands of new accounts every day. One person creating 10 instead of 1 does not change the big picture. What it changes is that you personally end up waiting longer and managing more verification cycles.

The real trigger is not the number of accounts, but repeated identical signals: the same documents, same business details, same payment patterns, same setup behavior. When accounts look too similar, they get flagged more often and verification becomes a loop.

  1. About agencies
Agency support can improve stability if you run a clean niche and can afford the agency fee. If your niche is black or high risk, switching to an agency often does not solve the core problem and can be expensive.

Bottom line
Stability comes from predictable behavior and strong documents. Clean, readable, matching information everywhere and fewer sudden changes usually reduce verification issues more than any account type.

At the moment, in our case, individual (personal) verification has improved a lot. Over the last 2 days the review time dropped to around 8 hours, which is great news.

Yes, delays are common, especially in sensitive niches; using a trusted agency account can help, but Google may still request documents—patience and proper verification are key.

Yeah, Google is a pain with this lately. Honestly, just go for agency accounts, they skip most of the verification drama and you can scale much faster without the 1 week wait.

brazil is tough right now, maybe google hates new account here. you can try agency account, they skip mostly that verfication headache .
