We used a new account and spent 400€ to get 400€ credits. How much time does it take to get the credits and what can be issue or red flag until we get credits?

Yeah, normally the credits come through once the spend requiement has been met, but times can be unprdictable. You should look into that on the billing page.Have you completed spending 400 euros in budget in google ads? If so, you should get it directly in your billing.
It took me a day to receive my credits in past.
So it wouldn't take much time.
