Oh that sounds frustrating! Hopefully you can get it sorted out. Because i had a similar issue a while back and I later sort it out

Usually it means that it is a low quality whitepage, or either a template website. Also AI Generated websites usually will get those problems. I would suggest you go with something that you know it's hand developed.

I’m also suspicious on that content part. They know that which developments serve what they do. It can be like pre-secured frauds.
