this is a major problem in front of google ads plateform advertising suspension issue, banned accpunt . i am some time used Trafficguardian, this plateform gives a better clicks and result. market avilable Many took if we talking cloaking, trustcloaker, cloakerly, trafficsheild .

Use a good cloaker. Use different anti detect browsers + different fingerprints and try to warm up your accounts as much as possible. Use very aged accounts; they're better. I can't suggest a cloaking tool that I personally use right now but I used JCI in the past and it worked pretty well so for a beginner I think that would be a good start. Always make a safe page.

cloaking doesnt work anymore with google ads. thats a fact. you can move mountains, but cloaking doesnt work at all. no matter which tool you're using. only redirection tricks work, if you know. you know.
No, done properly, advanced traffic filtering, policy-aligned pages, and smart detection systems can be effective.

the first important thing when trying to cloak ads, is not even related to the cloaking setup. What matters first is the keywords you target and the quality of the safe site you are using. Aggressive keywords are hard to get approved against dummy safe sites because google can easily tell that your safe site is meant for tricking the user, so they will suspend your ad at review stage.
Thus, when creating a campaign that is meant for cloaking, best is to target close-related keywords that can generate traffic from the same audience who searches for the "blacklisted/ aggressive" keywords. Then, your cloaking process ( i.e. integration of the cloaking script in your safe site and shifting the traffic to your money site ) will be much easier and last longer

I'm running gambling ads, and usually there is not one single tip that can help you. It's a very difficult thing to get into, and expensive, so keep that in mind. That being said, JCI is a very good and reputable cloaker. On top of that, you NEED to have google accounts on FARM. Don't waste your money buying expensive google accounts because those will get banned just as fast as cheap accounts, no matter what you do.
