Probably your account has gone into review. Google takes anywhere between 2 to 5 days to complete the review. And many a times, outcome is the suspension. I am not saying it is a certain but chances are high.

Hey, I've seen this on some of my accounts too it's common it's like a "Freeze" that doesn't go anyway anymore account will just stay like this forever doesn't matter if you increase bid change GEO deactivate and reactivate acc I've tried everything I just dump those accounts and go next lol
