Google Ads Campaign

I'm trying to create an ads campaign but I get suspicious payment.

I am using my own credit card, real name, no proxies but still get suspicious payment when I add a campaing. I suspecting my campaign is bad. Is there a safe generic campaign I can add just to see if its actually something wrong with my campaign?

How can a VCC be better than my own real credit card?

Reason(s) are improper account creation and / or niche and / or improper campaign setup.
There is no way anyone could clearly and correctly alert you about the exact of these reasons, in your case unless one also has a look at your campaign. Why ? Let us assume it is due to campaign, in that case LOTS of aspects in the campaign could be the reasons : a FEW OT THE LOTS of campaign reasons are high daily budget, incase of search campaign even a single improper keyword or even a single improper word nowadays leads to account suspensions & when I say improper, I mean improper as per Google Ads review algorithms. I repeat : These are ONLY A FEW OF THE MANY MANY MANY improper campaign triggered suspensions.
And note that even if it is an improper campaign triggered suspension even then in many cases suspension reason would show as due to suspicious payment.
Regarding proper account creation, I mean proper as per the overall algorithms of Google Ads.
Nowadays methods to create working Google Ads accounts is a premium thing and that is why obviously no one will openly and freely and fully share their working methods. If such a method is shared freely openly & fully, it means it is an already saturated method and no longer working.
When it comes to things like threshold Google Ads accounts, it is more harder to create nowadays and hence due to law of economics (demand & supply), people monetize that skill. More harder it gets, the higher it is monetizable (quite obviously) and due to this realistic factor no one prefers nowadays to spread out and saturate their working Google Ads accounts creation method. Infact there are posts in "Want To Buy" willing to pay for the same and still no replies there. I do understand why no one wants to saturate their working methods.
At the most some kind members may share some useful hints & tips, for example "use residential IPs", "change browser & device fingerprints", "try a different card", etc, etc.
Various people have various account creation methods : For example, some people do not use residential IPs, but still have good success in creating threshold Google Ads accounts. So, there would be sometimes conflicting experiences, as what works for one person may not work for another person, as various people may implement the same thing in various different ways. Also search in this AdWords section itself regarding this issue, as the exact same has been discussed in more than a dozen long threads and you would get a wider insight and as I have shared my thoughts, suggestions, tips, I'm sure other members would also share theirs, which could be useful for you.
In some cases I have seen members realizing finally that they have to in reality hire a Google Ads expert and they post in "Hire A Freelancer".

Thank you for your insights. I am interested in Google threshold accounts but that is not what I am going for right now.

I get suspicious payment when I try to use my real info, real card, real name, real IP etc. Thats why I wondered if there is some "safe generic" campaign I can try to see if it is me google is rejecting or its my campaign.

Most probably not campaign problem, its the way u did account.

Are you setting up your account in USD?
Google seems to hate money and bans the vast majority of accounts set up in that currency.
You could try appealing but their support is pretty bad and often doesn't fix things.
Worst case scenario you'll have to buy an account to bypass this issue.

Because for whatever reason your card or your identity is being seen as suspicious.

Do whatever you want, you can either accept reality and try something else like a VCC, or keep trying with your own cards because "My card must work, its MINE and legit."

I didn't ment to be rude. Just wondered how a VCC could be better than a real one. I might try a VCC later but i doubt I can make it work, guess most VCCs are blocked by Google. Thank you.

Yes, one of the MANY ways to experiment is to create a safe campaign. By safe campaign, it means safe as per the review algorithms of Google Ads.
IMPORTANT NOTES :-
1) In certain cases of reality, one may feel the campaign is safe, but review algorithms of Google Ads may not see it as safe. So, kindly do not think of a safe campaign as per you, please think of it as a safe campaign as per the review algorithms of Google Ads.
And also certain cases of reality, although your campaign may be even be safe as per the review algorithms of Google Ads, there would still be account suspension due to improper account setup. Here we refer to improper account setup as per the overall algorithms of Google Ads.
2) In certain cases of reality, one may feel that account setup is proper, however it would not be seen as proper as per the overall algorithms of Google Ads.
3) In certain (NOT ALL) cases of reality, even though actual account suspension would be due to improper campaign setup, however, account suspension reason would show as due to suspicious payment.
