Hey there, I managed to confirm business operations verification for one of my Google Ads account. If I will start running ads in the same ad account for different URL, is there a possibiliy to be asked to confirm BoV again?

Let's say, I confirmed BoV for X domain, if I start running ads for Y domain, can I be asked to confirm it again?

Yes i have been asked 2 times for the BoV verification.

Generally serving an ad to a new URL may trigger another BoV request.
