Google Ads Business Operations Verification - Account type: Individual

Hello, has anyone encountered the situation where an Individual account has to verify business operations? I have several Individual accounts, and after a while, they require verification for business operations. I don't understand why this happens. Let's discuss this together, thank you

If Google authenticates when it wants to authenticate, the business also needs to authenticate, and if Google doesn't want to authenticate, authenticating advertisers first solves this problem

If you're getting hit for business operations verification, you're doing something one step over the grey line. Doesn't make a difference if you're individual or a business.
