Hey first of all I am thankful that you are reading this post...

Google has parmanenetly banned me from advertising. is there any other way so I can advertise affiliate products on google ads. Like any proixes, VPS method, or whatever.

You can try using 4G proxies. Start with clearing cookies/cache and use the proxies to create fresh accounts. You can also consider using a VPS.
