yeah m trying to get more and more leads through Google ads but in the end not getting so many leads from my adword

You need to improve your targeting bro do some research.
Bro, I know my target audience and my keywords too but don't know why I get fewer leads even though my average CTR is 15%

You need to track conversions on your site and import them to Google Ads. Relying on CTR alone won't get you many clients.
If the goal is clicks - then optimize for CTR, but if the goal is customers or sales - track that on the site and optimize with that information.
