Check your ENTIRE campaign settings and also your landing page.
If indeed you have atleast 6+ months experience with Google Ads (as mentioned by you), you would ideally understand what the above means as far as campaign performance (in a Google Ads campaign) is concerned.
The campaign settings has always been the same, white landing page always the same style, only different theme.. I have been banging heads for weeks now and have seen no solutions. Thanks for your reply

In such a case, obviously you will get account(s) after account(s) suspended.

Google Ads algortithms getting triggered to "think" : "This is the same nasty asshole who is advertising in account after account, he thinks Google Ads "systems" are retarded ... Fuck, let's strike with the hammer".
The most obvious thing to avoid in using one Google Ads account after another, is the same ad copies (same ad headlines, same ad descriptions), same landing page content(s). Success in Google Ads is ONLY AND ONLY abount COMMON SENSE (and creativity).

Of course by same settings doesnt mean same ad copy. Only specific keywords included in ad headlines/description and landing page

I had the same situation as you, I tried scaling my pixel, and increasing my cpc bid. I ended up creating a brand new campaign, and it worked
Hi, could you elaborate more on scaling pixel? By CPC Bid do you mean CPC Limit on Maximize Clicks or Manual CPC?

okay guy. Do you use cloaking for your campaign? Many cloaking scripts can limit your pixels
1. Yes I use LEADCLOAK. I thought cloaking is a must in BlackHat ads, no?? Will JUSTCLOAKIT works better?
2. Now that you mentioned it, I have seen many ads without cloaking, I wonder how their ads lasts. They simply show an image banner with no text, won't that increase the CPC?
3. Not using cloaking means that we have to change the landing page once the campaign goes live, when should we change the landing page to prevent suspension? Any thoughts please

Is it still getting low clicks until now? If so, then you are account is most likely under review.. whole site is being scanned for any redirects or cloaking script.
If not, try to increase bid price.

You mean google are scanning all campaigns for cloaking script? I had removed the bid limit and still low clicks

Obviously. Sorry to say, I am in a state of TOTAL SHOCK upon reading such a question.
WHY, I REPEAT, WHY DO MOST OF THE PEOPLE ASSUME THAT GOOGLE ADS ALGORITHMS ARE DUMB ???
If Google Ads does not "scan all campaigns for cloaking script", then over half of the members in this forum would have become (US$) billionaires by now !!!
Google Ads algortihms look out for many things and ONE of these MANY, is whether a cloaker is being used and the way Google Ads algortihms find this is by using bots that visit (scan) a website (landing page) to analyze various elements, for example, IP address, browser, device, etc, etc and etc.
The above is in reference to Google Ads (algorithms) "scanning all campaigns for cloaking script".
On ANOTHER NOTE, Google Ads also uses manual human moderation as well, in order to detect (scan) for any cloaking / cloaked campaign.
You are THAT guy who write a lot with zero feedback. Why? Trying to get your post count up? What year is this? 2005?
Your posts never help yet you probably have the highest word count lol. I am sure you have no experience, only all talk and zero knowledge. I have been using cloakers for a long time, I think it's a fair question.

Do you have competitors on your niche? if yes do you see their ads displaying for the main keyword?
Else, have you tried to search for your ad for main keyword?
Let's say that your main keyword is "Online Slot", your ad show up for that keyword?
If not, try this combination of "SlotOnline, Slot online" and let us know if it's displayed.
Based on your response I may tell you what's wrong with your whole setup.

You've been using cloakers (in or rather for) Google Ads campaigns for a LONG time, and inspite of that, you asked something as VERY BASIC as :-
??? Ofcourse, you can ask whatever you want, but then do not get butthurt when anyone replies / comments, etc.
Anyone who has even NEVER used a cloaker in Google Ads, knows atleast the BASIC, that Google Ads obviously will and does "scan all campaigns for cloaking script". So, why are you so offended ? Don't be a https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Snowflake.

I am puzzled as to how can someone write a lot yet worthless and meaningles. I have been using cloakers and there was no issue so far, and 1 member told me that it might be the issue, it was a fair question.

That is basic common sense. Ofcourse Google Ads algorithms checks / scans for cloaking scripts. Google Ads algorithms checks / scans for anything that violates Google Ads policies and cloaking is one of them. It is not rock science to even know such a basic thing.
If you do the following, obviously you will keep banging your head, perhaps you'll be banging your head forever.
Same style landing page ? In that case, please keep banging your head. Or you can stop copy / pasting the same landing page and stop banging your head. Choice is your's, (just like your head is your's),
