Just curious how did you recreated content from wayback, wayback capture in snapshot or image, did you use ocr for converting back from image to text ?.
Try applying from aged adsense account. Also do you mind sharing snapshot of traffic, so we can see which percentage is organic and which is direct traffic(avoid this one). Even these are general guidelines but I have said it anyway.

What niche are you trying to ad?
Maybe your niche is too gray for google.
If so, you need to rely on purchasing burner accounts which can lead to issues always

No, I just copy-pasted the content and didn't use any tools for that.
it's a general content blog like cinema news.
