Google ads and cbd

Hey! I'm doing my best to promote my cbd company (I'm producer and seller), I did two ads and Google approved them, But I can't put the cbd word at the title (I use the word "Flowers"), any tip or idea to improve my ads? I use other website on the ad to do a backlink to my shop, wich is nice but I need to improve the campaign! thanks
