There are other networks that you can work with like taboola, outbrain, and dozens of others.
Depending on your campaign and kpi there are different types of services you can use for that.

Thank you for the response, I'm struggling a bit to promote my IPTV website after the ban on IPTV by Google Ads.
What better alternatives do you suggest I could try please?

What is the goal and the budget?
Some platforms have minimum ad spent goal. If that is over than $100 a day content suggestion networks could he okay.

My goal is to maximize sales of iptv packs. The budget can reach $100 per day if that will allow me to have good traffic in the niche that I am marketing. what do you suggest then?

Good, with $100 per day you can work with the networks I mentioned, with a lower budget they won’t be able to properly optimize. With a lower budget I would suggest social media only.
What worked the best for you in the past based on conversions/sales?
Do you have an optimized landing page? Tracking and user behavior tool to analyze what’s happening and why? A lot of success comes not only from running ads, but also converting those users who clicked.
What worked well for me was Google Ads, but after the IPTV ban it became difficult to receive traffic. I have just created a companion on Taboola my account has just been deactivated.

What's wrong with promoting iptv? Never saw anyone banned just for that.
Are you promting affiliate link? Is there a proper landing page? What GEO do you target?
