Google Ads After Adding Campaign - All stuck like shadowbanned

Google Ads completely no sense.
I have an account, 5 months, over 1000$ spent and a few campaigns active (in general, in all I would have to add maybe 4 domains here).

So, on 14 I added a new campaign of new products, completely white of course.

Till today all campaigns are with 0 impressions and are stuck. I don't know what to do, do you have any advice to restore the way it was or to make start any campaign?

Sometimes making new campaign (even small budget) will help to get another campaign live too.

At the moment I also witness the described shadow ban in several cases. And according to my observations it might be connected to trust issues of the ads account and it happens for accounts that already spent 1k or also 10k the same way. This trust issue can have various reasons that can be related to different accumulated factors that on its own might not directly cause a shadow ban. I have the theory that the following factors can contribute to the risk of a shadow ban:
- recent change of billing details and/or during the liftime of the account different inconsistent billing profiles were connected to the account
- creation of campaigns with new/fresh/unknown domains and/or multiple different domains in one account with a low trust score
- account advertised different websites in different niches
- account was transferred from a specific MCC which lost trust
- account advertised websites in low-trust or sanctioned regions before (like Russia)
- account ID was listed here on the forum by the seller (Yes, there are schockingly sellers who list the account numbers that they sell here on the forum and they will be seen by the wrong people)

If you don't do anything, the account will most likely receive a suspension for "Circumventing Systems" after a couple of days (~3 days) with a high chance. If the trust score is really bad, then I also observed 2 suspensions at the same time after 3 days of waiting, one for "Circumenventing Systems" and one for "Suspicious Payments", and that even though the ad was already checked and approved by the automated review process.
To solve this before you receive a suspension, you need to contact support via live chat (not email!) and they will ask you short questions about your business (like website) and your personal details (name, date of birth, telephone number). It seems that the support can reset the trust score and your campaign will start running after some hours after it was manually checked by their "ads specialists" from India. But once you receive the suspension after waiting too long, then there is no way to fix it. All appeal attempts that I observed in case of recent shadow bans are rejected after 2-3 days, which just seems to be an artifical delay and automatic rejection as most other appeals take weeks or even months to receive an answer.

Most likely u receive freez. Have same problem. It can take 1-7days before your campaign
