Do you think Google would eventually require ID verification for all new accounts and when would that happen is it possible that Google would require verification for all countries?

yes for sure. Google is focusing on transparency now. Loads of accounts get paused because they are not verified.

Yes, and Microsoft are following their steps. I have a client that thought they were bluffing with the verification. Lost 14 days of a successful campaign.

Do you they would require verification in the begging before running any campaigns

Makes more sense that way, the approval is very cheap and automated, so might as well get this over with and save resources on ad approvals.

It says that takes 30 mins to make a verification but it takes less then 10.
Do it immediately, you get better optimization score and better ad transparency.

I create fake accounts

I think that Google will have mandatory verification, they are already going the way of Facebook when they need to understand the number of real users and the number of multi-accounts.
I've noticed that they have already started to clean up accounts that are not being used, I've been getting emails in farm accs

Do you think they'd require verification just to register in Google ads and not like it is now to have 30 days

I doubt they will do, at least not in the near future. Doing this might scare off a good part of new advertisers, especially those small ones who just decided to see how google ads would work with their business by carrying out some test advertisements.
What they can do is making verification voluntary from day one, just not mandatory.
