Google Ads Account - Warmed Up?

Hey Guys,

I have been running an affiliate campaign for a particular brand on Google from over 2 weeks now.. I am spending an avg. $20-100 per day their and have already spent over $1000 in last couple weeks.
Should i considered the account as warmed up?

Can i create new ad groups or campaigns within this account? or can create a new ad with new targeting, replacing the running campaign?

Please suggest!

Account that has cross the 3000 mark can easily take on new and old domains

Secondly

You have successfully made payment for about 2 times on your account without Google's suspension issues

Lastly if the account has been going through incessant reviews

Then it's still not safe

There is always a high possibility of manual review for an adwords account during the first month of use regardless of number of transactions or amount spent.
