Google Ads Account temporarily suspended

i bought an aged google Ads account from a user here which was suspended today - yesterday ive set up a warmup campaign with 5$ daily budget to advertise a coffeeshop in the US.

Today i got this prompt:

Your account is suspended There seems to be unauthorized access attempts or activity in your account. To protect your security, we have temporarily suspended this Google Ads account.


What did i do wrong here? Is there any way of unlocking that account again since it says "temporarily suspended"?

1 - How you are accessing that account. you got full access with original login details or accessing with different id ?
2 - Did you change funding method. used new credit card ?

The seller gave me the session for LS with an active proxy already added to the session. According to the emails in the account the seller also changed the credit card one or two days before selling the account.
