Hello everyone, i need help in my google ads account suspension due to unacceptable business policy. But i didn't done any activity that can violate google's policy. Can anyone pls help me in this to reactivate my ad account? I need help in urgent

This is a really crappy AI response. If you don't know the answer enough to at least verify your reply, skip the thread. There are enough threads you can spam with your AI nonsense without misleading users.

There are some businesses that Google won't approve, even of you didn't violate the policy. Tech support is a good example for these.
There are other reasons you may be flagged for this, and the most common one is collecting user info without having privacy policy.
Are you selling a product or service that is usually free? Are you drop shipping in an obvious manner? Acting as if you're another brand?

Unacceptable business policies often stem from words or ad text that violate these policies. You don't need to make any changes; your word may be banned. However, there are many other reasons that require detailed investigation.

In this situation, the best course of action would be to reach out directly to Google Ads support to explain your situation and request a review of your account suspension. Provide them with any relevant details or evidence to support your case. Google usually has a process for appealing such decisions, and contacting them promptly is essential.

As per you, you may have not done anything in the campaign and / or in the landing page (landing website) that violates Google Ads policies. But as per Google Ads algorithms, which is based on Google Ads policies, you surely would have done something that violates Google Ads policies. So, recheck your campaign and landing page (landing website).
One of the billions of aspects : A single word in the ad text can trigger Google Ads algortithms to raise a red flag.
For example : In a campaign related to book, the word "watch" in ad text ("Watch for our discounts), can trigger Google Ads algorithms to "think" : "This advertiser is using a books related campaign to sell watches".
Above is ONLY ONE OF THE BILLIONS of such instances which can trigger a red flag, pertaining to campaign and landing page (landing website).

No one can help with that (you will surely get scammed). The ONLY way is for you to appeal the account suspension and do that after possibly fixing anything possibly wrong with the campaign and / or landing page (landing website).

I'm a real estate associate with a company and we're selling plots in navi mumbai. That's why i create a landing page that is totally transparent and fully clear and ran a campaign that is fully transparent. After that google's suspended my ad account that is totally new(just 15 days old).

and my prompt is :

I am deeply concerned and respectfully requesting a re-evaluation of my Google Ads account (Customer ID: 684-268-7680), which was suspended for violating the “Unacceptable Business Practices” policy.

Hello, I'm an associate in a group of real estate that sells plots in navi mumbai and more areas. I made google ad account and campaign to get valuable leads to sell plots and my ad account is totally new (just 15 days old) and also i didn't violate any policies of google. There are more chances of being misjudged recently. I also encountered this before. Later I appealed and my account was restored.

What is your business about? and what keywords did you input?

yeah google throws that “unacceptable business” thing a lot even when you don’t do anything shady. only way back is usually appeal, but it’s a hit or miss. i’m running gambling ads right now without issues, spending alot of $ monthly, so it is possible – just needs the right setup. Are you using JCI?
