% of appealed accounts that get reactivated is "seasonal" in nature, which means that sometimes the % of appealed accounts that get reactivated is higher and sometimes it is lower, so keep creating accounts, use those that do not get suspended and keep appealing every suspended account. Yes, this is a hustle, perhaps a full-time hustle, but it is worth the pain(s), if one is using usable accounts (including reactivated accounts), in an effective manner.

There are many methods of Google advertising, you need to understand Google in more detail, including vcc, ip, email, and creation methods.

What appears to be the same account is affected by many different details, which when done wrong can leave accounts with suspicious payments, unpaid balances. Circumvention of the system occurs when advertising is done wrong, unacceptable business practices, counterfeiting of the system or misrepresentation.

Google Ads is a complex machine, we need to study every detail, each detail affects different results, the successful method is tested bit by bit.

You can appeal but the success rate is not high. You should create a new account, or rent an account that already has an active campaign

Chk dmPeople don't want to do tests.
I've been working with treshold account since 2018 and never had a problem. Even when they introduced the unpaid balance system in June 2021 I got around the system in 3 days with many tests.
At the moment there are 3 options and most depend on the vcc.
If you only have rdp, clean ip then it is all up to the vcc.
They can be divided into vcc burned which means often used by others who do not pay: Wallester.
Then you cannot do without a good warma and 2x unsuspended.
Vcc used by fewer people: Revolut business
Just the first susp and apeal max 24 hours and the account is ready to work.
At the very end of the vcc card bank country-specific
These cards are the best. On fresh mail just one hour warma for the account and you can create a campaign without blocking 0 suspended....
I create 10-20 accounts a day for different countries AU 500 uk 200 germany, france 300 euro and I see no problem working with google ads.
You have to keep in mind that google ads works with an algorithm that, with a lot of repetitive action, starts to learn at the end blocking the method, so it is important to constantly improve the methods.

Appeal success rate is not high for WHO ? For YOU.
This is Google Ads and different people do things in different ways, INCLUDING the way the appeal form is filled and that has a strong factor in the success or failure of an appeal in Google Ads.
Just because the appeal success rate is not high for you, it does not mean that the success appeal rate is low for everyone.
Anyways, it is pretty much appreciated that by reading all your various replies in various Google Ads threads, you are trying your best, to sell whatever you are selling.

The success rate is low, but you can keep trying and keep creating new accounts to use in case the one is suspended you can use another one.
