Hi. I have a locksmith business and running google ads for more then 6 months on and off.
i'm struggeling to get some good results, ads managers keeps changing promising a lot and deliver little telling me to wait and i'm waiting for weeks and months and nothing is changing. Money is spending like crazy, getting 3 calls a day from some campaigns, 7 on another one in a different area(this one perform the best), and some other locations i have days with 0-1 leads a day.
Quality score is kinda fine (some are with 8 whille some with 5). Impression share lost is 70% in some cases and some other with 50%. I need more volume (and on the same time make sure CPA isn't high) and can't figure out how. I stopped working with my google ads manager cause i'm tired from paying him and google and making almost no money.
