Some ( SOME ) VCC ( virtual cards ) bins DO NOT show as virtual and DO NOT show as prepaid and show as credit cards or debit cards and these types of VCC ( virtual cards ) still work well in creating and using threshold Google Ads accounts.

what did you mean by that? I've been running my campaign without farming without an issue (except recently since I used WP for my safe page)

Same.. every new account.. after set-up the campaign and add the payment method.. in a matter of seconds.. its suspended in less than 5minutes..

get VCC (Virtual Credit Card) browse the BHW Marketplace there are sellers that offers VCC that can be used in Google ads such as PST.NET and many more.
It could be also because of your IP is already blacklisted on Google same as mine. Go buy paid proxy, it would be best if it has rotating proxies
