I'm trying to buy a Google account. What do I receive during the transaction so that it becomes completely mine? do i just get an ID and password?

You just need full admin access to the Gads account. Whether it’s transferred to your gmail or they provide a gmail, just need to make sure its “owner” admin access can be checked via access and security tab in the Gads account it self. Then 2 step it and it’s 100% yours for aslong as you own the number

You only need to provide your email address, not password. Then log in to your google ads and you are good to go.

no it depends, if it's fresh fresh accs then yes there is risk
if the account is reactivated, if it has some spending history etc etc
you can login from almost any geo IP as long the IP is quality
in moste cases i recommend to use your mobile as hotspot.

Assuming the account wasn’t created today then really doesn’t matter. Most of my accounts reside in a VPS IP

You can do business with Marketplace sellers, Jr. VIP, basicly any members that are allowed to either start a Marketplace thread or that can reply in a HAF or WTB thread. Normal not upgraded members can not sell in this forum.
