Google AdMob - A MILLION HORROR STORIES

i have NEVER heard 1 positive thing about admob. Ever.

whoever i asked about admob experience, i get one of these responses:

1) admob steals shitload of money from you
2) google made admob unnecessarily abusive with power
3) admob is ridiculously strict
4) admob banned my account
5) one of my (invisible) components in the app was overlapping the admob banner so google suspended my account without providing me feedback on what has overlapped the banner. i lost my money.
6) i lost my money.
7) allen wong story. google has banned his admob account and stealing around $100,000 from the ads that he earned. SEARCH ALLEN WONG STORY IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME.
8) ETC

i went to facebook android developer groups. android developer forums. everyone talks shit about google admob. here i am talking about admob again but on blackhatworld forums. what am i supposed to expect as feedback about admob from you guys?

i have integrated admob into my app and i am fucking scared of regret now.

Simply, because you're following newbies. Actually, in my Fb account. I have 3 friends, the best is making about 10.000$/day using admob and the others are making about 1k/day.

Also, @vinku is a professional member here when it comes to admob and his making a lot woth it.

Admob is just strict and not that bad. BTW, Google won't steal your money, 100k $ may looks as a big number for you but for Google it is nothing.

If they close your account, blame yourself.

Wow that's amazing. You must have been doing this for a while now. Super interesting. Btw OP you should test something yourself always before coming to conclusions so good job on that.

Can i know which ad type he use? For 10k a day you need to have like 250.000 daily active users from tier 1 countries and maybe a bit blachat ad implementing.

His actually using black hat methods as the ads shows a lot of times even if the user is not in the app... Also he has a lot of other tricks.

In google play? and how many apps? interesting... im doing the same but not 1k/day xD

I can't say AdMob is that bad, but, i can say that sometimes, the fill-rate of the ads is horrible. Low fill rate, less money. This is my main problem with AdMob atm.

He's not spamming Google Play. He has some quality games there with a lot of daily users. Also, he is using some tricks that not used by other reskinners. Moreover, thanks to his budget he has a lot of developper accounts and also developpers reskinning apps for him.

Better fillrate goes to bigger publishers.
Your only solution is to use mediation.

Im doing only 10$ day with 29k impresions, Latam countries, bad cpc, but im buying traffic from high paying cpc countries and only with 100-200 installs total, 4-5$ day, if I can get 1k installs total i can make 40-50$ day and scaling it a lot of more $$$, but is a bit difficult to get cheap install from these countries.

Showing ads outside app is against the TOS. You will be burned on first check. Why not making something long term ?

If you know how to do things.... Im doing this since 1 year, total money making in one Admob account 9k, no problems with payments all good, if you can controle CTR all will be good, but yes outside play store not in market

i have more than 200 apps banned in admob + countless warnings and account still alive
