Will Google recognize the same card if I register it as a payment method on multiple Google ads accounts?

I wonder if it's the cause of the suspension

It can cause the suspension for sure. You have to use different cards for your accounts

NEVER use the same card. big red flag for them. Use different VCCs

Yeah, Google can flag the same card across multiple accounts, it often triggers a suspension.
