Google Ad words account banned - How do I create a new one?

My Google ADs account has been banned due to the site coming of line for a few hours, basically not my fault.

Its a very basic site so I can recreate it again for Adwords but I want to make sure the next one isnt banned due to a link with me.

How do I go about this? Do I have to create an AdWords account with my wife's details for example?

If you will be using your wife's details

Use your wife's phone, her sim, mobile internet, her email, her card, and a new domain.

While using the computer shall I tether it to her hotspot? Just a thought.

I was even thinking of tethering her phone to mine (which will be on our wifi) and even then tethering my laptop to her phone so Google don't get a sniff its the same person.

If you didn't do anything wrong just appeal the suspension and you will be good to go. But take in mind that due COVID they will answer and solve this very slow.

Whenever the account gets suspended they show reason behind that. First do check what is the reason behind getting adwords suspended. Then act accordingly.

To me, you can go ahead to appeal on Google. Even wrost case if they dint release the acc, at least try to find the exact reason for your acc banned. So that you can take decision on creating the new acc and act accordingly.
