Google Ad Account Suspension

New to this so bare with me…

If I buy a google adword account from the marketplace & the account gets suspended, will my GMB get suspended too?

Keep in mind my GMB account & the Google adword account I buy are separate.

But do they promote the same product?
Anyway, if you use an antidetect browser + proxies, that is, if you don't allow google detect that both of these accounts belong to you, then no, they won't be able to suspend the other one as they wouldn't find any connection between both, unless they promote the same.

use only good antidetect ( like dolphin) and good proxy ( like for example geosurf)
