Google accounts & domains - some questions

Anybody have any experience with creating multiple google accounts?

Now i want put each new site, on another account, another domain. All domains, and accounts will be new. One domain for one account. I don't use analytics. Each account will be created with another phone number (verification code)

It will be looks like:
- account1 at gmail dot com -> domain1 dot com on uniq IP
- account2 at gmail dot com -> domain2 dot com on uniq IP

Questions is:
- do i need clear browser (or use multimple browser profiles) logging each account? Google can connect that accounts?
- if sites have bounce rate 75-80% avg should i use analytics?
- sites will be indexed if they have many pages in sitemap's (like 30-100k) ?

What the purpose of having multiple GWT accounts?

Anyway - if your bouncerate is 80% then would I stay away from any google accounts!

Purpose is that if you have 100 websites then if one website is flagged as spam google can delete other websites. I think that... anybody have some experience with that? I usign webmaster tools cause i must use it to push sitemaps (very big sitemaps) ... and google indexing my webpages very very good ; >

Also i think if i have too much websites added on one account then some sites can be indexed slower
