If I Remove 2fa after verifying will that email stop asking for a verification code while logging in on a differrent system and ip?

The google account is still tied to the device using it, I know one instance where my friend lost his phone, didn't have any alternative methods of getting into the account and lost it forever.

how do people sell preverified acocunts i dont get it , i dont doubt u but im just curious how does it work ? cause it seems werid , i think your friend may have had his decive attached where he gets a notifaction to confirm its him? rather then a phone number i think that happens when u make one on your phone rather thne a pc
