Is this displayed to everyone or does Google do this based on your location? I find that Google displays your full name before you even log in which would mean that anyone can pull your name from just having your email address. If this is actually the case, and this isn't a location based thing, how does one go about changing/removing this?

Browse Privately or in Incognito mode. Google only shows your Full Name when logging in if there are cookies stored in your browser. Try logging in your Google Account to other Computer and it will not show your name, it will only show the email address. ;)

No access to a second computer and private/incognito mode cookies cleared does nothing. Any other ideas?

Seems to be the only way from what I can see. Though I've tried checking someone else's account and it does not display anything but the email address. :S

So if my understanding is correct, it's a device thing then? :)
