There is no any Program to create Google Accounts. You have create by yourself or Buy from Others.

Silly to say no bots exist for it.
Make a bot -- boom a bot exists.
Good stuff usually always private/behind a pay wall.
Post on hire a freelancer board....lots of talented guys on bhw can make it for you.
Or buy some in bulk -- buyaccs.com is my favorite vendor. Maybe there's even vendors on bhw who can sell accounts cheaper if you look.

Bots exists , there was a guy that was selling account creator just few months ago , he was selling it for only 35 $

Trust me, in order to avoid fingerprinting you need to go through a LOT of hoops.

I think ATM this is going to be super useful for u. when signing up for sites like instagram, [email protected] is different than [email protected] and so on. with a single 15 digit email you can generate maybe 10k+ email addresses. but this might not be what you are looking for.
keep in mind that account creation is exremely difficult, i tried to do it for about 4 months on instagram and spent a shit ton of time and money on it, and nothing came out of it sadly. but such is life

If you need a lots of Gmail accounts then you have to know something advance like IP, Browser Fingerprinting, Javascript, Flash Cache, Time Zone, etc. Study first about them otherwise your all accounts will be Dead. And Find some tricks On internet but not with google. You know Google is clever... !!! Very Clever....!!!!!
