Hello guys,

I want to know something,
I have an email used in GSC for many old websites that get crached by google updates,
and now i have new website with good volume of visits with another email,

If i add this website to the old email , is gonna affect my website ?

Thanks,

No. Websites get penalized or deranked not an entire GSC account. While the possibility is there that during a manual review sites linked to a GSC account are impacted. It's not always the case.

If you're doing any serious black hat stuff with any of the pre-existing sites on the GSC account, I would recommend you don't include the new site to the same account. Else, there's nothing much to be scared of.

But if you're still paranoid, you can open another GSC account, doesn't cost money.

No. Sites get punished or deranked not a whole GSC account. While the chance is there that during a manual survey destinations connected to a GSC account are influenced.

In the past, I got manual penalty for one website in GSC, but the others in GSC didn't get any penalty. But this happen 5-6 years ago.
Maybe now the rules changed

Should not directly affect the new site's performance. However, it's advisable to keep the accounts separate for better data management and to avoid any potential risks, even if they are minimal.

No it will not, this is not how Google choose sites to penalize.

It shouldn't directly impact your new site's performance or rankings. GSC accounts don't carry penalties or influence other sites within the same account. However, it's often a good to keep the new site in a separate GSC account to maintain clear and organized data, especially when the old account contains penalized sites.
This way, you avoid any accidental overlap or confusion in your analysis. If managing multiple accounts is inconvenient, you can add the new site to the old account without worrying about transferring any negative effects, as penalties are typically applied to specific websites, not GSC accounts.

No, adding your new website to the old email in GSC won't negatively affect its performance. GSC accounts don't influence site rankings, your new site performance shoul remain unaffected

Although it does not affect your new site, It is safe to use a new GSC account for your new site to avoid any problems

It's your choice to use the old mail or not as it doesn't have any consequences
