Goog Webmasters shows no data for Link to Your Site?

I've had a site active for about six months that I had told Goog webmasters that it was a domain name change of another site I had for a year. In the Links to Your Site, I would see the links from other sites and, for a time, links from the old site to the new one.

But since just a couple days ago, the report is showing no data. WTF?!? Should I be worried? Does this happen sometimes and resolve itself on its own or should I be doing something about this?

It's not just you, same for everyone. Will be back in a couple days I'm sure.

Well for what it's worth all the data in GWT is stale for me, showing wrong numbers for everything.

Worse: it seems to match SERPs. The nr of indexed pages for instance in some sites is the same in GWT and in SERPs.

I think something is going on at Google. We may see another shakeup soon.

Normally these anomalies on GWT seem to announce a storm coming. Fasten your seatbelts.

Yikes! Time to batten down the hatches. If my organic search traffic dropping 50% in the last few days is an indication of things to come -- this is going to be a hell of a storm.

I have a get with 7 sites in it, 1 has never had a link built to it, and has always been blank.
3 are showing blank and 3 are showing the links. Of those 6, 3 are expired(1 not showing links, 2 showing links) and the other 3 were fresh domains registered(2 are 2-3yrs old, 1 is 6yrs old). Of those 6, all ranked within top 10 for their primary niche
I can't find rhyme nor reason to why some are showing and some aren't.
