Good youtube site/ apps for subs / views?

Hello all,

I'm trying to start a new gaming channel and will eventually monetize it later. I would like to gather subs / views to get the channel started. I am not worried about making money now. I just want to get it going. What's a good site / apps to get subs and views on new videos that I upload? These videos will NOT be monetized until I get legitimate followers / subs. Thanks for your help!
