Good YouTube Programs like View.ly?

I need a program or just a web-based site that I can use to send people messages on YouTube automatically. Or just get names of people so I can quickly copy and paste and send them messages. Anyone know any sites or programs that are free that I can use? View.ly is getting shut down by the owner so I am looking for an alternative. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Like I said, I just need something to auto comment on YouTube private messages.
