By good, I guess what you're talking about is getting a lot of views faster.
Based on my experimentation here, which I've documented through several journeys, reaction videos do the best.
In particular, political reaction videos.
My strategy is to find a video that isn't a viral hit so far but does get a lot of views and offers some interesting takes.
I will then react by picking apart their opinion and backing it up with facts.
This has fostered a lot of conversations because I promote my videos on Reddit.
It starts to gain legs of its own.
Also, if you're gonna be showing your face, this is actually one of the easiest types of videos to make because you're just simply reacting based on your knowledge or your impression.
You can only take it so far though because if you just let the source video play and there's really not much input from you, you might get a copyright strike.
On the other hand, say you're just cutting up the original video and you're not showing all of it.
You're just focused on the three main points and you are mostly talking in the video, either you yourself are the talking head in the video or you are speaking through an AI voice as I do.
Your videos are probably gonna stay up and still get quite a bit reaction.
