Good wordpress theme for my niche?

I need free wordpress theme for my new website, homepage will have article about 3000 words long, and some articles around homepage are ok, like suggested posts etc, but nothing to much.

So website will be MAIN article and MAYBE about 10 additional articles :)
but I don't want those "NEWS DESIGN" themes, were everything is focused around posts.. I need theme that will be about main article, but may have some suggested posts on the side :)

I use X by Themeco for most of my projects. It is one of the best selling themes on CodeCanyon.
 
In my opinion, Avada is the best theme for all purposes - easy to use, easy to customize, it is paid, but you can find the .zip file of it somewhere to upload. Comes with many "demos" you can import and customize - pretty much builds the site for you and all your have to do is change the text/images/whatnot
 
For a free theme, check out themify they have a couple freebies that work well.
