good way to stop videos getting taking down?

my current niche i upload maybe 8 videos per account and after like 6 hours or so the videos get taken down am i uploading to much on 1 account or are youtube cracking down?

What type of messages are you getting from YT after they delete your videos?

Your account is not banned after they take down your videos? How strong is your account?
